You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

You may sign in with email/password or Google. You must meet the minimum age required by the laws where you live to create an account.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unauthorized copying of learning materials, no disruption, no unauthorized access to systems, and no unlawful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Some content is paid. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy acting as Merchant of Record (handling invoicing and taxes).

Subscriptions RENEW AUTOMATICALLY for the chosen billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time and keep access for the rest of the period you have paid for.

Refunds, cancellation and our 7-day money-back guarantee are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy (/refund), which forms part of these Terms.

All learning content, UI and branding belong to Tobe Nihongo or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use them for study.

Content you create (e.g. custom decks, comments) remains yours; you grant us a license to store and display it to operate the Service.

The Service is a study aid provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee any specific JLPT result.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. On deletion, your data is removed per the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms over time. Updates take effect when posted; the 'Last updated' date above reflects the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
